Welcome to Today’s episode of “Acupressure Thursday”. For those of you who have been following my video blogposts this week, you may know by now that this week’s theme is about helping you boost your immunesystem.

Let me show you Lung 9, also known as “big vortex or whirlpool” to support you in this process. You can massage this point when you are dealing with one of these following symptoms:

  • difficulties breathing
  • dry cough
  • blown up feeling in your stomach / belly area
  • nervousness
  • restlessness
  • red eyes
  • pain in the joints of your wrists
