Today I would love to share with you an exercise that I learnt from Michael Losier. He is the “how to guy”
when it comes to applying the Law of Attraction.
The first time I saw Michael was in a You Tube video where he was being interviewed by Lilou Macé,
creator of “Lilous Juicy Living Tour”.
I was so intrigued by what he was sharing, that I started to follow him.
As from 30 August 2013, I have been watching his weekly “Hangout with Michael Losier” show, where he also
hosts live “Q&A sessions” with his audience.

For Today’s “Wednesday’s Energy Tip Balance Your Hips“, the exercise is called
“Clarity through Contrast list“.
The purpose of doing this particular “Balance Your Hips” exercise is to help you focus on what you want more of and less of what
you don’t want to experience any longer in your life. In this case when it comes to the wellbeing of your hips.
