I love my body

My body is a wonderful place to live in

It has the perfect size, shape and colour

My body serves me very well

I  truly appreciate the miracle that my body is

I choose healing thoughts, so that my body is and stays healthy

and so that I feel well

I appreciate my body

I so love my beautiful body

(Mind you that I translated these chapters from Dutch into English, because I have the Dutch version of her book.)

I love my muscles

My muscles enable me to move throughout the world with ease and grace

They are strong and will always remain that way

They are flexible and I can easily stretch my muscles

I choose thoughts that enable me to welcome new experiences

My love is a joyful dance

I appreciate my muscles

I love my beautiful muscles
