It’s “Mudra Monday” and that means that I have the pleasure of showing you another powerful “hand and finger fitness exercise” to help you improve the quality of your Health and Wellbeing.
More than 10 years ago, I received the (Dutch version) book “Gezondheid in onze handen” by Kim da Silva.
The original version is in German “Gesundheid in unseren Händen”, which means “health in our hands”.
What I love about this book, is that the author uses pictures that show exactly how to use the mudras.
Very practical and “hands on” and I felt inspired to put them into practice myself.
They are easy and fun to do and they truly helped me stay healthy and balanced when I needed them most. I highly recommend this book!
