Use acupressure to move your knees with more ease and less pain.
Welcome to Today’s episode of “Acupressure Thursday!”. This week’s theme is all about helping those of you who are dealing with pains and aches around the joints of your knees. So, I’d love to show you another powerful acupressure point that you can massage for this purpose.
Today’s acupressure point is Liver 2 and is also known as “between the toes”. You can use this point when you are having one of these following symptoms:
- red eyes
- eyesight problems
- headache
- pain in chest
- pain in throat
- sleeping disorders
- bitter taste in your mouth
- cramps in legs
- lots of blood loss during menstrual cycle
