DISCLAIMER:  I am not a doctor, so when you take medicine, or you are having doubts, always consult your doctor / therapist first.

The meridian point we are looking for Today, is called “Small Intestines 3” (SI3).

You can massage this acupressure point when you experience one of these symptoms:

  • back pain
  • pain in neck, head and shoulders
  • tension in your chest
  • read eyes
  • nose bleed
  • nausea
  • spasm, clamp

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine this meridian point has these following functions:

  1. SI3 clears our awareness / consciousness
  2. it releases the blocks in the meridian channels
  3. it dispels cramps from the body

Now it’s your turn….

Have you ever had an acupressure massage or acupuncture treatment for your back? What were your results?

And maybe you have another strategy that is very beneficial to you and you might want to share that with others as well, feel free to do so.
