I am a big fan of the teachings of Louise Hay, author of the best selling book “You can Heal your Life“.

The most precious gift I ever received from one of my dearest cousins Patricia.

The moment I read this book, I was hooked and it completely transformed my life!

“In it, Louise explains how our beliefs and ideas about ourselves are often the cause of our emotional problems

and physical maladies and how, by using certain tools, we can change our thinking and our lives for the better.”

For Today, I would love to read out loud a wonderful “Love Your Body affirmation”, from her book.

Since I have the Dutch version, I am going to translate it into English…

“I love my hips”

“I welcome all events on my path of life with confidence and calm.”

 “I am always on my way for new goals.”

” Each age has its interesting sides and with every age we can set ourselves interesting goals”.

“I keep thoughts that keep my hips powerful.”

“I am powerful at the base of my existence.”

“I appreciate my hips”. I love my wonderful hips.”

“I also love my leggs”

“I decide to release all pains and aches from my childhood.”

“I refuse to live in the past.”

“I live NOW.”

“I live Today.”

“I have the freedom to go where ever I want.”

“I move forward in life, not hindered by my past.”

“My calves are relaxed and strong.”

“I truly choose thoughts that enable me to move on with joy.”

“I appreciate my leggs. I love my wonderful leggs.”
