Try this recipe to support the wellbeing of your bladder

Try this recipe to support the wellbeing of your bladder.

Today I would love to share with you some “do’s and don’ts” when it comes to eating certain types of food to support the health and wellbeing of your bladder.

Here’s the recipe for a delicious cranberry sauce:

  • 2 1/2 cups of fresh cranberries
  • 3 cups of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 apples cut in slices
  • 2 – 4 cinnamon sticks (or 1 table spoon of cinnamon powder)
  • 2 table spoons of honey
  • 1 table spoon of grated orange zest
  • 6 whole cloves
  • you could add 3/4 cup of white sugar

Simply put everything in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low, simmer until honey (or sugar) is dissolved and the flavours are blended (10-15 minutes). Keep stirring until cranberries pop up and sauce begins to thicken (about 5 minutes).

Remove the cinnamon sticks and cloves and pour into a dish or jar to cool and serve.
