Stretching your hands and fingers with more ease using acupressure.
Welcome to Today’s episode of “Acupressure Thursday!”. Today, I would love to show you another powerful acupressure point that you can massage, if you would love to be able to use and stretch your hands and fingers with more ease.
This acupressure point is “Small Intestines 3” (SI3) and you can also use this when you are dealing with these symptoms:
- tension and pain in your chest area
- red eyes
- foggy eyesight
- bad hearing
- nausea
- tension and pain in head, neck, shoulders, back and hands
- epileptic seizures
- pulling sensations in your fingers
- night sweat
- tendency to vomit
- spasms and cramps
