Thank you so much for tuning into Today’s edition of “Acupressure Thursday!”. Let me show you a very powerful acupressure point that you can massage to help yourself improve the quality of your health and wellbeing.

This week’s theme is all about helping those of you who are done with feeling tired and exhausted all the time. Today’s acupressure point is called Conception Vessel 6 (CV6), also known as “Sea of Chi”.

You can also use this point, whenever you have one of these following symptoms:

  • cold hands and feet
  • weak voice
  • infertility
  • feeling discouraged easily
  • sleeplessness
  • restlessness
  • irregular menstrual cycle
  • pain in chest and heart area

I've tried this acupressure point and I'm still exhausted. I used to go to acupuncture for hormonal fatigue and erratic periods which helped a lot but I can't go at moment. Do you have any other suggestions? And how long / often should you press points? Thank you
