How to move from this year into 2018 with more ease using acupressure.

In the spirit of moving from one year into another, I felt inspired to show you this powerful acupressure point that you can massage to feel calm no matter what is going on. Today’s acupressure point is Heart Constrictor (protector) 9, also known as “balanced Love”. You can massage this point, whenever you notice one or more of these following symptoms:
- tightness of chest
- heat and burning sensations in palm of your hands
- feeling angry, frustrated
- holding on to resentment
- feeling agitated
- sadness and remorse
