Massage this acupressure point to improve your digestion.
Welcome to “it’s Acupressure Thursday!”. This week’s theme is all about helping you balancing the energy of your spleen. As you may know by now, the spleen plays a very important role in transforming and transporting food and drinks into blood and chi, that our body needs to digest naturally.
Today’s acupressure point is Spleen 6. You can massage this point, when you experience the following symptoms:
- feeling tired and exhausted
- nausea
- feeling sick in your stomach
- diarrhea
- trouble with your menstrual cycle
- difficult and painful labour
- pain in your genitals
- feeling heavy in your legs and arms
