Kidney 1 is called “bubbling source” and you can massage this point when you experience one of these symptoms:

  • anxiety
  • weekness of feet and knee
  • amnesia
  • heat in your soles
  • dizziness, headaches (right at the top of your head)
  • fever
  • tension in back and neck
  • exhaustion
  • nose bleeding
  • constipation / dhiarrea
  • spasms (cramps)
