Massage these 2 acupressure points to boost your immune system.
It’s Acupressure Thursday! I am so passionate to encourage you to use the power of your hands and fingers to improve the quality of your own health and wellbeing. Whether it’s with Mudras or in this case through showing you powerful acupressure (acupuncture) points that you can massage on your body.
Today, I’d love to show you 2 points located on the Large Intestines (LI) meridian.
LI 4 can be used, if you have these symptoms:
- dizziness
- headaches
- “running” nose
- aches and pains in relation to the flu
- stuffy nose
LI 20 can be massaged, when you are dealing with
- stuffy nose
- olfactory loss (inability to smell)
- sarcoma in nose
- nose bleading
These 2 points can also be used, when you are dealing with allergic reactions, such as sneezing.
