I love to meditate, which I practise frequently. Whenever I am in a meditative state, I feel calm and relaxed.
In Today’s video I love to share with you this next quote from Buddha, which I found in one of my books on meditation techniques.
“There is one thing that if it is cherished and practised regularly,
it will lead to a deep spiritual intention, to peace, to the ability to notice and clear understanding.
To vision and knowledge. To a happy life here and now.
And to a climax in wisdom and consciousness.
What is that one thing?
It’s the ability to notice that is focused on the body.”
