Here’s a list of why you might experience cramps in your body (either in your legs, belly or face):

  • dehydration of the body or the way you take in water is inadequate
  • deficiency of potassium and sodium (salt)
  • tensed or stiff muscles
  • being sensitive to different wheather conditions
  • vitamin deficiencies (e.g. vit e, calcium, magnesium, zinc)
  • low blood circulation
  • muscles fatigue due to vigorous physical activity
  • injury or trauma (such as bone fracture)
