How you can make your own massage oil to find relief from cramps.
Thank you so much for tuning into Today’s edition of “Healthy Living Wednesday!”. I am so excited to be showing to you how you can make your own massage oil to find relief from your cramps.
Here’s a list of why you might experience cramps in your body (either in your legs, belly or face):
- dehydration of the body or the way you take in water is inadequate
- deficiency of potassium and sodium (salt)
- tensed or stiff muscles
- being sensitive to different wheather conditions
- vitamin deficiencies (e.g. vit e, calcium, magnesium, zinc)
- low blood circulation
- muscles fatigue due to vigorous physical activity
- injury or trauma (such as bone fracture)
