When you allow yourself to have a loving relationship with this sacred part of your body, it will have a very positive effect on your overall Health and Wellbeing.

I enjoy my sexuality

My sexuality is normal, natural and perfect

My genitals, my sexual organs beautiful normal, natural and perfect

I am beautiful enough and good enough exactly as I am, here and now

I appreciate the pleasure my body gives me

It is safe for me to enjoy my body

I choose thoughts that allow me to fully love myself

and to appreciate myself in each and every moment

I appreciate my genitals

I so love and adore my beautiful genitals, my sexual organs”
