How to stay calm and relaxed using acupressure.

It’s located on the Conception Vessel meridian #17, also known as Sea of Tranquility. You can also use this acu point when you have one or more of these following symptoms:
- painful and tensed chest, stressful
- breathing difficulties
- lactation issues while breastfeeding
- nervousness / anxiety
