How to release your shoulder pain with acupressure

Today I’d love to show you another wonderful acupressure point that you can massage to release your shoulder pain. You can also use this point, called LI 11, when you are dealing with one of these following symptoms:
- pain in your arms
- loss of voice
- hypertension
- difficulties with your menstrual cycle
- itchiness
- skin problems, turning red (because of inflammation)
