How to release anger with this sound exercise.

Today, I’d love to offer you something slightly different. For those of you who are looking for a more empowering way to express your anger and frustration, here’s a wonderful sound exercise that you can practice to help you do that. As a certified Shiatsu Massage Therapist / Practitioner, I am trained into the holistic approach to health and wellbeing of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese 5 elements.
I have learned that our liver and gallbladder meridians play an essential role in how we handle these emotions. So the exercise that I am about to show you is focused on balancing the energy of our Wood Element. This element is governed by these 2 meridians. The colour that resonates with this energy is green. That’s why I chose a picture of green grass, to help you tune into this vibrant colour while you are doing the exercise.
