How to move freely through all weather conditions.
It’s “Mudra Monday”, which means that I am so thrilled to show you another powerful mudra to help improve the quality of your health and wellbeing.
I would love to remind you that all of the mudras are designed by Kim da Silva.
He is the author of the book “Gesundheid in unseren Händen” (Health in our hands).
Today’s mudra is for all of you who are sensitive to certain types of weather and experience symptoms like:
- headaches, migraines
- “moving” pains throughout the body
- scars on your body due to surgery, that suddenly start to feel very painful
- sneezing all the time
- itchy eyes
- no sleep at night
- painful menstrual cycles due to different moon phases
