Thank you so much for tuning into Today’s episode of “Acupressure Thursday!”. Let me show you a powerful acupressure point that is also known as “letting go”.

So for those of you who would love to have a more natural and gentle way to let go of things that are bothering you, such as grief, sadness and depression, you can massage Lung 1.

Lung 1 can also be used when you are dealing with these following symptoms:

  • swelling of stomach and limbs
  • nausea
  • tendency to vomit
  • hiccups
  • shoulder pain
  • difficulty breathing
  • bronchitis
  • asthma
  • tension in chest area
  • skin issues
