How to let go of grief, sadness and depression using acupressure.

So for those of you who would love to have a more natural and gentle way to let go of things that are bothering you, such as grief, sadness and depression, you can massage Lung 1.
Lung 1 can also be used when you are dealing with these following symptoms:
- swelling of stomach and limbs
- tendency to vomit
- shoulder pain
- difficulty breathing
- tension in chest area
- skin issues
