How to keep your kidneys healthy using acupressure.

It’s located on the Kidney Meridian #1 and you can also use this “bubbling source” acu point, when you notice one of more of these following symptoms:
- obstipation / diarrhea
- feeling tired and exhausted
- calf cramps
- epileptic seizures
- tension in neck and back
