How to keep your heart healthy using acupressure.

It’s located on the Large Intestines meridian #11 and you can also use this point whenever you have one or more of these following symptoms:
- decrease hypertension (high blood pressure)
- lower inflammation and heat
- skin problems
- loss of voice
- menstrual cycle problems
- painful arms and shoulders
