How to improve your overall health using this mudra
Thank you so much for tuning into Today’s Mudra Monday and welcome to this brand new series of my “2 minute video tips by Monique”. I am truly so excited and delighted to be back.
My retreat of 6 months was needed to bounce back from a challenging time in my love life. Using tools and strategies that helped me go from feeling betrayed and heartbroken to feeling safe, stable and secure again. I was invited by my Soul to know viscerally that it is truly enough to love and appreciate myself. Feeling with every fibre of my being that it is safe for me to stand on my own two feet. Knowing that I can safely let go of the limiting belief that “I need a man to make me feel emotionally secure”. A new sense of freedom washes over me and I now am writing a whole new chapter of my life. And I am looking forward to the unfolding of what is coming next.
