Especially now that we are in the season of Fall (Autumn), where many people tend to feel less than great when it comes to their health and wellbeing. We are going to focus on balancing the energy of our lungs and large intestines meridians that control our immunesystem. At least according to Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese 5 elements philosophy. They are both part of our Metal Energy that corresponds with this particular season.
