How to have less stress in your life using these two mudras.
It’s a brand new week and it’s “Mudra Monday!”, thank you so much for tuning in into Today’s episode. I would love to show you a combination of two mudras to help you have less stress in your life.
Let me remind you that all of the mudras I have shown you so far throughout my videos, are designed and created by Kim da Silva, author of the (German) book “Gesundheit in unseren Hände” of which I have the Dutch translation. I received this book as a birthday gift more than 1o years ago. I find these mudras so powerful that I wanted to share and pass on “his legacy” with as many people as I can.
