How to have healthy and flexible knees using acupressure.

I love acupressure. It’s acupuncture without the use of needles.

As a certified Shiatsu Massage Therapist, I have been trained in depth into a holistic system of health and wellbeing.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, everything is energy and that energy moves through different energy channels in our body.

They are also known as “meridians” and we have 12 main meridians (6 couples of yin and yang meridians).

Today, I would love to show you a very powerful acupressure point Stomach 35 to help you solve and heal these following symptoms:

  • pain in and around the knee
  • not able to bend or stretch the knee
  • inflammation and swelling of the knee
  • not able to move the lower legs
