How to find relief from your jaw pain using this mudra.

It’s “Mudra Monday!” Today, I would love to show you a mudra that can help you find relief from your jaw pain.

This mudra is specifically designed (by Kim da Silva, author of the book Gesundheit in unseren Hände), for those of you who are experiencing jaw pain / problems for which the doctors cannot seem to find the medical cause.
