How to find relief from piles also known as hemorrhoids with this mudra.

One of you wanted to know if I would have any mudra to help you find relief from piles. I honestly never heard of that word before and after doing my research, I found out that it means the same as hemorrhoids. These are swollen, inflamed arteries or veins that can be found in the rectum or around the anus. Some people who suffer from this condition, experience bleeding or itchiness around that area, which is very uncomfortable and painful.
Here’s a list of “physical causes” for piles / hemorrhoids:
- chronic obstipation / constipation
- low intake of fibres in your daily diet
- long sitting hours on the toilet
- constraint of bowel movement
