How to find relief during your monthly period using acupressure.
It’s acupressure Thursday! And this week, it’s all about helping women experience more ease and flow during their menstrual cycle.
The acupressure point that I am about to show you is called Spleen 6.
You can massage this point when you have these following symptoms:
- heavy limbs
- tension in stomach area
- menstrual problems
- pain in genitals
- difficult labour
