How to balance the energy of your mood using acupressure.
I am so glad you find your way to another episode of “Acupressure Thursday”! This week’s theme is all about helping you balance the energy of your thyroid. This butterfly shaped gland plays a vital role in the many functions of your body. It produces hormones that also affects our mood.
Today, I would love to show you acupressure point Spleen 1 that you can massage to balance the energy of your mood.
You can also use Spleen 1, if you experience the following symptoms:
- stomach ache
- cold feet
- nose bleeding
- diarrhea
- sleeping disorder
