Today, I would love to show you a mudra to balance the energy of the joints. It’s a “general mudra” for feelings of disease and discomfort in the joints of your body. There are also more specific mudras for the different areas of your body, where you might experience pain in the joints. I will be showing those in the next “mudra Mondays”.
