According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, there are 12 main energy channels, also known as meridians, that run throughout our bodies. They begin and end either at the corner of the nails of our fingers or those of our toes. By pressing these points, you activate the energy through these channels, helping the body to release toxins with more ease, grace and flow.
