It’s a tribute to LOVE Tuesday!
This week’s theme is about helping you find relief, feel more calm and relaxed when you are dealing with a lot of stress.
Stress has a very negative impact on our nervous system, so we want to take extra care of our nerves.
I’d love to read to you a beautiful “love affirmation” about our nerves from Louise Hay’s book “Love your body”.

May I remind you that I have the Dutch version of her book “Ik houd van mijn lichaam”, so when I am reading these affirmations out loud, I immediately translate them into English (the original version).
