How changing your thought patterns can heal your body.
This week’s theme is about helping you balance the energy of your chest and breasts.
Another wonderful way to do that is to change your beliefs (which are thoughts that you keep thinking over and over again, until they become ingrained into your subconscious mind) that you hold about yourself and your body, that are at the root of the discomfort that you experience in your chest area and breasts.
Louise Hay has another powerful book that millions of people around the globe are using to practise this idea.
