Here’s how you can heal arthritis from the inside out using this affirmation.
Thank you so much for tuning into Today’s episode of “it’s a tribute to LOVE Tuesday!”. I am so excited to be sharing with you another more empowering “LOVE affirmation” from Louise Hay’s book “Love your body; first aid with symptoms”.
This week, I am responding to a request from several of my You Tube viewers, asking me the same question. Could I make videos for people who are dealing with Ankylosing Spondylitis?
First of all, I dived into this subject myself and I soon found out that this condition, which is also known as A.S. is a form of Arthritis that affects the spine of the body. The vertabrae of the spine get rigid, which can cause inflammation of the joints and tissues. People might experience pain and stiffness in their lower back, which gets worse after resting and gets better after taking a hot bath (shower) and exercise.
