Recipe for a super delicious oatmeal porridge:
- oats (100 gram)
- coconut milk (250 ml)
- cinnamon (as much as you like)
- slices of pineapple
- almond nuts (50 gram)
- dried fruit like raisins and cranberries
- pumpkin seeds
- honey (1 table spoon)
Take a small pan and put in the coconut milk and oats. Warm them up (without bringing to a boil), so that the oats have a change to soften.Then add slices of pineapple, dried fruit, pumpkin seeds and almond nuts and stirr the whole mixture.
Serve this on your plate and then you sprinkle some cinnamon and honey on top of your porridge.
