I am so excited right now, because I am about to do something outrageously scarry (yikes!). You see, one of the practices in Dream Building is to feal the fear and do it anyway. So here’s to me showing to myself that I have what it takes to master my fears (those “gremlins” in my head, saying things like “who do you think you are” or “they are going to laugh at you” or “you are going to be eaten alive”) instead of  letting them control my life.
