I so love “It’s a tribute to LOVE Tuesday!”, because I get to share with you the legacy of the wonderful teachings of the Queen of Affirmations, Louise Hay.
Today, I would love to show you one of her books “heal your body” (instead of “love your body” as I was saying in my video, sorry for that). It’s like a “first aid kit for symptoms”. Understanding the correlation between your mental thoughts and how your body responds to that kind of energy through aches, pains, discomfort and disease, is the first step in healing. According to Louise, once you discover the (probable) mental cause of your symptom, you can change “your inner story” by new, more empowering affirmations and repeat that over and over again, until they become part of your “new self”. You will then find out that the symptom disappears “magically”.

Probable mental cause: “to whom are we allergic”? Denial of our own power
New, more empowering thought / affirmation: “the world is safe and friendly. I am safe. I am at peace with life.”
