Thank you so much for tuning into Today’s edition of “Acupressure Thursday!” Let me show you another powerful acupressure point to help you improve the quality of your sleep, so you can enjoy life more fully.

The acupressure point is called Heart 7 (Ht 7), which is also known as “way to Joy”, isn’t that amazing? You can massage this point when you are dealing with these symptoms:

  • restlessness
  • agitation
  • manic depression
  • anxiety
  • short of breath
  • heat in palm of hands
  • sleeplessness
  • loss of memory
  • loss of appetite
