Balancing the energy of your hair using acupressure, is what I love to show you.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese 5 Elements, the condition of our hair is controlled by our Water Element.
Both the Kidney (Yin) and the Bladder (Yang) meridians are associated with our Water Element.
It’s important to balance the energies in those 2 meridians and I would love to show you Kidney 1, the starting acupuncture point of this meridian.
Enjoy watching Today’s “2 minute video tip by Monique”
DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor, so when you take medicine, or you are having doubts, always consult your doctor / therapist first.
Kidney 1 is called “bubbling source” and you can massage this point when you experience one of these symptoms:
- anxiety
- weekness of feet and knee
- amnesia
- heat in your soles
- dizziness, headaches (right at the top of your head)
- fever
- tension in back and neck
- exhaustion
- nose bleeding
- constipation / dhiarrea
- spasms (cramps)
When you massage this “bubbling Source” point, you will feel rejuvenated and revitalized!
Now it’s your turn….
Have you ever had an acupressure massage or acupuncture treatment for your back? What were your results?
And maybe you have another strategy that is very beneficial to you and you might want to share that with others as well, feel free to do so.
You are welcome to ask my any question or leave a comment down below.
