Balance Your Hips Monday Energy Tip

Balance Your Hips Monday Energy Tip

Welcome to my Balance Your Hips Monday Energy Tip!

What would it feel like for you to be able to move as freely as these athletic dancers you see in the above picture?

For the last 18 years, I have helped hundreds of people who experienced stress, tightness, stiffness and pain in

their hips, leggs and knees,  feel a great sense of relief and more relaxed during and after their massage treatments.

In my experience as a certified Shiatsu Massage Therapist and Sportsmassage Practitioner, I noticed

that clients who did their exercises regularly besides being massaged, are the ones who achieved long-lasting results

when it comes to feeling more flexible in their hips.

I am a big believer of Self Empowerment! That is why I am passionate about helping,

teaching and encouraging you to use and practice the tools and strategies (that have made

a huge difference in my life and in the lives of other people) so you can enhance

the quality of your own sense of health and wellbeing.

Mind you, the following exercise that I am about to show you is not the typical “hips exercises” where you are invited

to move your hips and leggs. I’d leave that to other experts and professionals.

Are you open and willing to do something different?

You see, I am trained in-depth into the Traditional Chinese Medicine (including Yin Yang and Chinese 5 Elements philosophy),

which is a holistic approach to Health and Wellbeing.

I have also invested time and energy in Self Development, where in the course of 18 years I have met many great teachers, mentors,

coaches and inspirators who helped me advance in my journey of becoming more of who I am meant to be.

So most of my “2 minute video tips by Monique” videos include the teachings of some of these people like Louise Hay

(author of the book “You can heal your life”) and Michael Losier (author of the book “Law of Attraction”) and many more.

Today, I would love to share with you a powerful Mudra (hand position) and the creator of these Mudra exercises is Kim da Silva.

It’s time to do some hand and finger fitness!!
