A wonderful superfood for women with PMS – I love this veggie
Thank you so much for tuning into Today’s episode of Healthy Living Wednesday.
Let me share with you some amazing health benefits of eating avocado. Especially for women who are dealing with PMS, I highly recommend you add this delicious veggie into your daily meal plan.
So for those of you who don’t know what PMS means; this word stands for Pre Menstrual Syndrome and here’s a (short) list of the symptoms women might experience around their period:
- feeling tired and exhausted
- tension in their breasts
- blown up feeling in the belly area
- cravings for chocolate or other sugary or salty foods
- moodswings (emotional highs and lows)
- feeling depressed, anxious and very stressed out
- weight gain
- not able to sleep at night
