May I remind you that all of the mudras I have shown you so far, are from Kim da Silva, author of the book “Gesundheit in unseren Hände” (health in our hands). I received the Dutch version of this book more than 15 years ago as a Birthday Gift and I found the mudras so valuable, that I felt inspired to share them with as many people as I can.
